• We aim to have 100% transparency and accuracy in our terms and conditions. 

• We know you value your time, and we want to make sure navigating through our tour services terms and conditions is as simple as possible.

• The rates are in € (euro). Just contact us to book your ATV tour and you can pay when you arrive. We will never raise the cost of a confirmed booking. But the pricing might change during the season.

• Guests must be 18 years or older to ride an ATV solo

• Younger guests and those that aren't comfortable riding solo can join riding on the back of the ATV of one of our guides or a friend.

• Tour stops are subject to change depending on weather, time, or amount of guests.

• Tour will be cancelled if it is raining due to poor weather, a different date or a full refund will be offered to you in this case.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
 

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations in your booking as quickly as possible to avoid any charges or cancellation fees.

✔For a full refund, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the experience 
✔Full refund if your tour is cancelled due to bad weather.
✔Full refund if your cruise ship doesn’t port for any reason. (To be refunded, the traveller must have noted the ship name in the notes section. 
✔Full refund for last-minute flight cancellations (to be refunded, the traveller must have noted on the notes sections the flight number).
❌ Reservation no-shows(without notice) are charged in full and considered non-refundable, but your ticket is still valid if you wish to join the trip an another day.

 

INSURANCE POLICIES

Greek law requires that the ATV tour price includes third-party liability and third-party property damage insurance. However, you are not covered for any damage you may cause to the ATV at your fault.
